Abstract

In this paper, the author discussed the design and development of computer network platform for college students' personal knowledge management. By analyzing the existing PKMS, find out their advantages and disadvantages. The paper also built the model of E-learners’ PKM. Based on the existing model of PKM, by analyzing the characteristics of E-learners and the elements of their knowledge, build the model of E-learners’ PKM. Software design of the system Using the object-oriented software design method, from the perspective of software engineering, design the software of the system. After the completion of the system design, verify and optimize the system. The experiment result shows the proposed method can improve the overall performance.
