Because of the particularity of the family case and its different requirements from the ordinary civil procedure, the family case has become a new problem in the field of legal theory and practice. In the absence of special rules of family litigation, the author discusses the possibility of establishing a system of family litigation rules with multiple procedures and complete sets based on demonstration evidence.
