In his discussion of youth work, Xi Jinping mentioned that if the times want to further develop, we must cultivate the corresponding Marx doctrine. There are some problems in the training of young Marxists in Colleges and universities, such as the lack of refinement of training objects, the coarseness of training contents and the lack of periodicity of training programs. Under the condition of Xi Jinping's youth thought as the theoretical basis, we should realize the actual effect of training contents, cultivate a certain division of objects, and choose training programs with characteristics of life.
