Postpartum depression is the most common type of puerperal mental syndrome. The main influencing factors are social factors, psychological factors and biological factors. Yoga during pregnancy can promote social harmony, regulate emotions, reduce labor pain, shorten the labor process, reduce the rate of cesarean section, improve the rate of natural childbirth, so as to reduce the risk factors of postpartum depression.
