Abstract

Process assessment, as a new method of course evaluation, emphasizes students' active participation and the cultivation of practical skills in the learning process. It shifts the focus of course assessment from outcomes to the learning process, emphasizing students' autonomous learning and practical operations, which helps improve students' learning motivation and enthusiasm. Therefore, introducing process assessment into the teaching of civil procedure law courses is of great significance for cultivating students' comprehensive qualities and practical skills.
