This study explores the influence of gamified learning environments on student engagement and academic achievement in secondary schools. As technology has become more integrated into the classroom, educators are continuously looking for ways to leverage it to enhance student learning. One emerging strategy is gamification, the application of game-design elements in non-game contexts. By implementing game mechanics such as points, badges, and leaderboards in educational settings, teachers aim to increase student motivation and involvement. The results of this research provide insights into the efficacy of such practices and offer recommendations for educators looking to integrate gamification into their curriculum.
