Increasing the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents and fostering high-quality talents with both integrity and competence is an important goal of talent cultivation in colleges and universities in the new era. During this period, colleges and universities should not only promote the integration of "dual-creation" education and ideological and political education into the whole process of talent cultivation, but also promote the synergistic cultivation of the two to provide new ideas for the cultivation of composite talents. Based on this, this paper focuses on the synergistic education of college students' ideological and political education and "dual-creation" education, analyses the necessity of this work and the implementation of the dilemma from the practical point of view, and explores the effective strategies with the goal of improving the quality and increasing the efficiency in the hope of providing references for the synergistic education work.
