Abstract

This paper aims to conduct a comparative study on the disciplinary setting models in career education between China and Japan, and explore their differences in concepts, content, and practice. Firstly, the background and current development status of career education in China and Japan were introduced. Then, a detailed comparative analysis was conducted on the disciplinary setting models of the two countries, summarizing their respective characteristics and advantages. Through comparative research, insights and suggestions for career education in China have been obtained, providing reference for future education reform.
