This paper takes the novel "Never Let Me Go" as the text and delves into the interactive relationship between cultural identity and resilience in the protagonist's growth process in a cross-cultural environment. By analyzing the protagonist's experiences and emotional journey, the important role and influence of cultural identity and resilience in individual growth are revealed. Research has found that the protagonist's cultural identity shapes his resilience traits to a certain extent, and resilience also reconstructs and reflects on his cultural identity, promoting him to achieve a harmonious unity of personal inner qualities and cultural identity. This interactive relationship not only promotes the protagonist's growth and development in adversity, but also provides us with profound insights on cultural psychology and cross-cultural communication.
