Abstract

From the perspective of cognitive psychology, this paper presents a classification and statistical method of textbook illustrations based on the understanding and selectivity of perception, and analyzes the fourth optional textbooks of PEP senior high school English textbooks. This method is used to analyze textbook illustrations and help teachers make full use of illustrations.
