Abstract

With the increasing scrutiny of accounting firms by regulators, the compliance of accounting firms has been paid more and more attention. By combining the regulatory environment of Chinese accounting firms and the characteristics of small accounting firms, this paper explores the compliance challenges that Chinese small accounting firms generally face and some compliance measures that can be taken, so as to provide certain references for the compliance operation of Chinese small accounting firms.
