Through the formulation and implementation of talent policy, it can create a talent team with reasonable layout, large scale, good quality and optimized structure, thus forming a talent competitive advantage. In response to the strategy of strengthening the country with talents, Shandong Province has formulated a series of talents policies in order to build Shandong's industrial advantages and development advantages through talent construction.
