Phonetics teaching is both the starting point and difficulty of teaching Chinese as a foreign language. Traditional phonetic teaching adopts mono-modal teaching and focuses on the forward-looking action of phonetics itself. It analyzes the role of multimodal interaction in teaching Chinese phonetics as a theoretical framework to explore into the synergistic effects of different media outside of language to provide a clearer understanding and prediction of the application of multimodal interaction in speech teaching, as well as the possible situations and processing methods that may occur during classroom teaching. It can greatly improve the pertinence of teaching Chinese phonetics and achieve ideal teaching results.
