Under the dual background of the "dual carbon" goal and the digital transformation of education, green environmental protection courses face practical challenges such as poor inter-grade coordination, insufficient teacher collaboration efficiency, and fragmented teaching resources in cross-grade collaborative education. Focusing on the preschool and primary school stages, by developing a digital teacher collaboration manual, this study systematically analyzes the technical obstacles, collaboration resistance, and content adaptation problems encountered during its application, and proposes a three-dimensional optimization path of "layered training - tool iteration - institutional guarantee" to promote the transformation of digital tools from "static text" to "dynamic ecological carrier". The findings offer both theoretical underpinnings and practical insights for establishing a collaborative-driven paradigm in green education, and have significant academic value and practical significance.
