In this digital economy era, it is hard for traditional HRM with slow response and high subjectivity to meet the strategy need for high-quality enterprise development. On the basis of theoretical deduction, the intrinsic driving force of HRM digital transformation is deeply analyzed from three aspects, i.e., technology empowerment, organization change and human-centric logic. Based on the practical troubles and dilemmas from the system fragmentation, data silos, and employees' emotional needs being ignored, by optimizing from four perspectives namely technology, organisation, talent and culture, this paper designs a comprehensive practice path which includes the planning and preparation, the pilot implementation, the promotion in full scale and the continuous optimization, in order to offer positive theoretical references for enterprises so as to improve the efficacy of the organization, and to consolidate and enhance the core competitiveness.
