Explore the management mode of human resources under the C2C sharing economy —— Take the case of Didi Chuxing

Abstract

The advent of the sharing economy has brought great influence on society and put forward new requirements and new challenges to the human resource management of enterprises. Based on it, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the management mode and optimization strategies by taking typical cases of didi Chuxing behavior and combining interview method and questionnaire survey method. It can provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for human resource management of other enterprises under the background of sharing economy.
