Abstract

In order to reduce the turnover rate of key personnel in the hotel industry and achieve the purpose of helping to stabilize the operation of the hotel industry. This article will focus on the main factors of staff turnover, focusing on the influence of psychological capital of undergraduate interns on their willingness to stay, and give solutions.
