The market environment is increasingly open, and the extensive management mode of the sanitation industry has a variety of typical problems for the cost management of the group. And the fine management, as a modern management concept, has become one of the effective ways of cost control. This paper takes the current situation of the group management as the research basis, takes the fine management theory as the research core, analyzes the current situation and data in the new rural waste treatment as the research focus, and finally proposes solutions.
