Research on the Team Management Mechanism of Class Committee in College Students—Analysis Method Based on AHP

Abstract

Class is the most basic organizational form of daily management in college students, the main front for the implementation of various educational activities, and plays a core role in the construction of a fine study and school style. The research on the team management mechanism of class committee has an important influence on class management, construction of class atmosphere and class culture, class cohesion, and class appeal. Based on the AHP analysis method, this paper adopts qualitative and quantitative methods to quantitatively analyze assessing indexes of class committee. Through the setting of the indicator coefficient of the class committee and the precise management of data, the class committee can better clarify the responsibility of position and the division of task. It is helpful to realize the precise management of student affairs, thereby forming a scientific management mode that promotes excellence by evaluation and learning by excellence.
