At present, the phenomenon of network novel addiction, as a subclass of network addiction, has received researchers' attention. On the basis of previous research, we have explained the internal mechanisms of internet novel addiction, borrowed from other treatment methods for behavioral addiction and internet addiction, and proposed corresponding intervention measures based on the characteristics of internet novels.
