Cadre professionalization capability training is one of the important aspects of cadre education and training in the new era, and it is crucial for improving the overall quality of the cadre team, ensuring the Party remains a strong leading core, and promoting the development of the Party and national cause. It has a direct and significant impact on the growth of cadres. Taking X City in Shaanxi Province as an example, this article proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to address the issues in the cadre professionalization capability training process, aiming to more efficiently adapt to the needs of cadre quality and capability improvement and the construction of high-quality professional cadre teams in the new era.
