As the crucial site for education cultivation, local colleges and universities shoulder the fundamental mission of fostering virtue; while the work of Party building and the work of ideological and political education in the local colleges and universities not only goes through the important content of the work of fostering virtue but also works as an important support for the high-quality development of local colleges and universities. This research begins with the perspective of “three-wide education” to decompose the internal relationship between the work of Party building and the ideological and political work in local colleges and universities and analyzes the current situation and dilemmas of the work of Party building and ideological and political work in local colleges and universities for students, so as to explore the effective approach of the synergistic fusion between the work of Party building and ideological and political work in local colleges and universities.
