Students' self-awareness is of great significance in preventing their mental health problems, improving learning efficiency, and promoting career development. Strengthening self-awareness education for vocational college students should run through the entire process of vocational education. This article takes the self-awareness of vocational college students as the research object, analyzes the current situation of students' self-awareness, clarifies the main objective factors that affect self-awareness, and specifically explores the educational support strategies that schools can provide to improve the self-awareness level of contemporary vocational college students and promote their healthy development.
