This paper discusses the path of enterprise management innovation in the era of big data, and first introduces the challenges and opportunities brought by big data to enterprise management. Then, from the aspects of organizational structure, human resources, marketing strategy and supply chain management, this paper discusses the management innovation path of enterprises in the era of big data. Finally, it expounds how enterprises should use big data technology in practice, innovate management mode, and improve operating efficiency and competitiveness. This paper aims to provide some ideas and references for enterprise managers and promote the sustainable development of enterprises in the era of big data.
