Abstract

This article studies the strategic development of internationalized cooperation of the UK's higher education based on SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) analysis. SWOT analysis is a widely used strategy tool for formulating strategic development. Taking the cooperation between the University of Warwick, UK and the Southern University of Science and Technology, China as an example, it suggested that the UK's higher education should enhance the long-term and stable development of internationalization collaboration with other countries, including China, to keep promoting and sustaining the growth of education exports and international student numbers.
