The thesis first briefly discusses the present situation and background of railway track engineering testing training, and thus leads to the importance and necessity of realizing the innovation of relevant vocational ability training. Then, combining the design of training content, the application of training mode and the optimization of training conditions, the thesis discusses the strategic points of the innovation of railway track engineering inspection technology vocational ability training.
