The teaching management of colleges and universities must conform to the needs of the development of the situation and carry out reform. The concept of "people-oriented" as the leading, the implementation of humanistic care for students, the construction of personality development platform has become the mainstream of the current university teaching management. The formation of humanistic concept needs to be based on the high understanding of teachers and students, so it is necessary to fully mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of teachers and students, train professional management team, scientifically implement teaching management, build a harmonious campus atmosphere, so as to truly let the humanistic management take root in the university teaching management.
