Abstract

Through questionnaire survey, this study reveals the career expectations of the new generation of young people and explores their preferences in career selection. This paper explores the characteristics of the new generation of "post-1995" employees, the soft strength they should have to deal with the difficulties in the workplace, and the management mode they expect. The research results have certain reference significance for the recruitment of employers.
