Abstract

OBE (outcome-based education) emphasizes the development of courses based on the learning results according to the actual needs of the society for talents. This paper introduces the theory of curriculum development, constructs the framework model of curriculum development based on the concept of OBE, discusses how to effectively present the learning results, and applies it in the practice of supply chain management undergraduate curriculum development. Research and practice show that this model is open and applicable to different types of schools. It can clearly show the results-based curriculum development ideas and reflect the process of dynamically adjusting the results and revising the curriculum according to the changes in demand, which provides a strong support for the curriculum construction and development of higher education.
