Abstract

Establishing a complete compulsory education quality assessment system has become an important measure of improving the quality of education around the world. This study conducts a comparative analysis of Compulsory Education Quality Assessment System between China and the United States. This article analyzes three aspects in detail, such as the subject and object of the assessment, the content and method of the assessment, and the feedback of the assessment results. It finds the similarities and differences between the two systems and tries to explore the international model of compulsory education quality assessment system.
