Vocational education is an essential part of talent cultivation in universities, and cultivating the spirit of craftsmanship is an intrinsic requirement for universities to achieve high-quality development, which is also an inevitable choice for realizing the Chinese Dream. In view of the problems existing in the cultivation of the "craftsmanship spirit" in the labor education of university students, this article proposes that universities should strengthen top-level design, actively explore the connotation of the "craftsmanship spirit" in the new era, and explore the ways to realize the "craftsmanship spirit" in labor education for college students. By integrating various resources, more high-quality workers and skilled talents can be cultivated, providing strong talent support for the nation's high-quality development. Therefore, based on the analysis of the role and significance of the "craftsmanship spirit" in labor education of university students, this article proposes the cultivation path of the "craftsmanship spirit" and puts forward the implementation path for cultivating the spirit of labor among university students.
