Abstract

The new study focus on the interaction design, behavior change techniques and persuasive design approach for weight loss purpose. A new game combining with physical activity was developed through a comprehensive user-centered research and design process which included literature review, online-questionnaire, observation, interview, usability testing and performance test. The results show the game app combining with physical activity could be an attractive way to contribute to increasing physical activity and loss weight in secondary or unintentional behavior.
