In response to the problems in practical teaching of pharmaceutical regulation courses, with the goal of cultivating students’ abilities and comprehensive qualities at different levels, this paper explores the construction of a practical teaching system for pharmaceutical regulation courses under the OBE-CDIO concept. This paper conducts comprehensive curriculum reform research from three aspects: course content, teaching mode, and evaluation method, in order to cultivate professional and composite regulatory talents with a solid foundation in pharmaceutical law, familiarity with domestic and foreign medical and health policies and laws, and proficiency in the full life cycle regulatory operation of drugs.
