Learning and applying the "Four Forces" of journalists is the foundation for all types of journalists and is a lifelong subject. Journalists in the all-media era not only need to have excellent basic skills and practice the "Four Forces" principle, but also need to optimise, innovate, and take every step forward, taking into account the characteristics of the times, such as the explosion of information and the broadening of channels.
