Analysis of Public Relations & Verbal Communication

Public relations is a form of organisation in the development of society and an important and indispensable factor in people's lives. As society now continues to develop, its organisational forms are expanding and innovation is becoming an important form of development. However, in the development of public relations, subject to the regional environment, cultural level, customs and habits of the gap, the form of communication has become relatively more complex, from the point of view of public relations also has a certain degree of difficulty, which also hindered the development of public relations. Therefore, at this stage, their communication skills should be comprehensively understood and analysed, and effective communication skills should be used to comprehensively improve the effect of communication. This paper analyses verbal communication in public relations from three aspects: the characteristics of verbal communication in public relations, the impact of verbal communication in interpersonal communication, and how to improve verbal communication skills in public relations. The aim is to strengthen the communication skills of individuals in public relations and, to a certain extent, to improve the quality of verbal communication in public relations, which also further contributes to the development of the country's socio-economy.
