Abstract

The mental well-being of university counselors is closely related to the healthy development of students, and a positive psychological state is essential for the effective functioning of their roles. Therefore, examining the psychological health status of university counselors from a positive psychology perspective and proposing corresponding strategies are crucial to ensure the effectiveness of their work and enhance their job satisfaction as counselors.
