Abstract

With the continuous development of society, the growth education of college students has become a hot topic in the education field. In the growth education of college students, the role of labor education is increasingly valued. Labor education can not only cultivate students' practical ability and innovative thinking, but also improve their self-management and teamwork skills, laying a solid foundation for their future life and work. This article will conduct an in-depth exploration of the significance, methods, implementation, and evaluation of labor education in the growth education of college students.
