Abstract

Classroom teaching is the core link of talent training and the basic guarantee to improve the quality of talent training. Learning-centered, elaborately designing the teaching process based on outcome based education, reconstructing the teaching resources, and establishing a multi-dimensional personalized assessment and evaluation mechanism can effectively change the phenomenon of "teachers are full and students listen passively", guide students to actively participate in the learning process, promote the cultivation of students' innovative and critical thinking, and encourage students to study independently, learn with interest and learn efficiently.
