Abstract

The management of students' daily behavior norms and the development of education and guidance mechanisms is one of the important contents of school management, which involves the cultivation of students' behavior habits, moral cultivation, and personal qualities. Good behavioral norms and educational guidance mechanisms can help students establish correct values and behavioral norms, cultivate good behavioral habits, and improve their overall quality. However, in practical operation, there are some problems with the management of students' daily behavior norms and the guidance mechanism for cultivating education. Therefore, it is necessary for teachers to conduct in-depth exploration of the management of students' daily behavior norms and the guidance mechanism for cultivating education, in order to improve the level of school management and promote the comprehensive development of students. This article aims to explore optimization strategies for the management of students' daily behavior norms and the development of educational guidance mechanisms, in order to promote their comprehensive development, cultivate their sense of social responsibility and teamwork spirit.
