Research on Cultivating Applied Talents Based on Enterprise Practice Teaching Base

Abstract

In order to meet the requirements of the rapid development of China's "internet plus" era and get out of the dilemma of software engineering professional training, this study proposes to build a software engineering practice teaching base based on talent alliance and relying on enterprise practice teaching base to train applied talents. By highlighting laboratory project's educational atmosphere, enriching the content of engineering practice teaching, setting up school-enterprise cooperation experimental classes, strengthening the construction of off-campus practice bases, cultivating "engineering education teachers" enterprises, improving the skills of experimental technicians, building a platform for students' independent practice, and promoting the benign interaction between schools and enterprises, the quality and effect of practice teaching have been continuously improved, and a set of new ideas of collaborative training mode for applied network technical talents with its own characteristics has been formed, resulting in a synergistic effect of "1+1>2".
