Abstract

The construction of "double-qualified" teachers is an important part of comprehensively improving the teaching quality and efficiency of vocational colleges, and is the key to training more composite application-oriented outstanding talents. By improving the core quality of "double-qualified" teachers in vocational colleges and sending more applied talents to the society, it can promote the rapid development of regional economy and effectively realize the win-win situation between schools and cities.
