An Analysis of the Path Selection for the Connection of Higher Vocational Education for Disabled Persons in China

Abstract

In order to meet the needs of economic and social development, the group of disabled students can successfully transition from an educational career to a professional career. This paper will carry out research on the issue of higher vocational education for disabled people in China, analyze the current situation of the job market, and combine the personality characteristics of disabled students. It is pointed out that the necessity of connecting higher vocational education for persons with disabilities starts from the complexity of educational objects, the practicality of educational content, and the development of teaching evaluation.We believe that it is necessary to accurately position the hierarchical connection of training objectives, develop a characteristic curriculum system that matches personnel and positions, standardize professional settings to promote scientific professional connection, coordinate the content of higher vocational education to promote systematic content connection, and in addition, improve the level of the teaching team to promote the professional growth of teachers. By connecting higher vocational education for people with disabilities, we can truly promote special vocational education to meet the needs of social transformation and development, while improving the quality level and social survival ability of disabled students.
