The purpose of this paper is to explore the talent cultivation mode of high-speed rail comprehensive maintenance technology professional group under the background of "dual high". Firstly, the value logic of vocational colleges under the background of "dual high" was analyzed, and the construction background of the comprehensive maintenance technology professional group for high-speed rail was analyzed. Next, the difficulties faced by the reform of talent cultivation mode under the background of "dual high" were discussed. Finally, a construction strategy for a high-level comprehensive maintenance technology professional group for high-speed rail was proposed, aiming to provide valuable ideas and suggestions for promoting the development of the high-speed rail industry.
