Holistic College Outdoor Sports Education: A look into a China Educational Institution

Abstract

In most educational Settings, physical education is rarely strategically integrated into the curriculum. One way to increase student engagement is to combine diverse disciplines with real-world applications. This study mainly adopts the research methods of literature review, questionnaire survey and data analysis, aiming to analyze the current situation through the investigation of college teachers and students, and put forward practical suggestions, so as to provide references for the development of outdoor physical education courses and outdoor physical education in universities.
