Abstract

Self-image cognition includes two cognitive levels: inner and outer, from the point of view of structural factors. It includes eight aspects: ability, temperament, character, appearance and shape, behavior, appearance and shape, values, clothes and dress. By analyzing the causes of the formation of self-image cognition of students in higher vocational school, this paper explores the students' self-image cognition improvement strategies against a background of ideological and political education, and gives construction opinions for higher vocational schools in management, education, thought leadership and psychological education.
