This paper investigates the growing demand for Computer Numerical Control (CNC) talent in various industries and explores the necessary reforms in CNC education within higher vocational colleges. The advancement of CNC technology has transformed manufacturing processes and created a pressing need for skilled CNC professionals. To address this demand, this study delves into the current state of CNC education, analyzes industry requirements, and proposes comprehensive reforms to bridge the skills gap. The research highlights the significance of aligning CNC education with industry demands to prepare graduates for a competitive job market.
