In the context of the new era, education management for college students in higher vocational colleges faces challenges and opportunities. This study, through a satisfaction survey analyzing key indicators such as curriculum arrangement, faculty strength, learning resources, and campus environment, reveals achievements but highlights the need for improvements, especially in terms of faculty and resources. Recommendations include the introduction of corporate management systems, mentorship programs, growth mentorship systems, and career-oriented approaches to enhance management quality and students' comprehensive development.
