Abstract

This article explores the application of the "1+X" integrated training model for job courses, competitions, and certifications in the field of e-commerce. Through an analysis of the current teaching situation, interpretation of the model's value in e-commerce, detailed description of teaching reform strategies, and implementation plans, it aims to provide a new and more effective talent development approach in the field of e-commerce education. This training model has brought forth a group of high-quality professionals who possess both profound theoretical knowledge and practical experience, thereby helping businesses gain a competitive advantage in the market.
