Reform and Innovation of College Physical Education Courses from the Perspective of Ideological and Political Education

Abstract

This paper explores the reform and innovation of college physical education courses from the perspective of ideological and political education. Through literature review and case analysis, it examines the intrinsic connection between ideological and political education and college physical education courses, and proposes innovative educational methods and strategies. The study finds that the reform of physical education courses from the perspective of ideological and political education can not only enhance students' physical fitness but also cultivate their sense of social responsibility and moral emotions.
