Abstract

In view of the serious waste of traditional Chinese medicine waste residue and the high energy consumption of traditional waste residue treatment, the device uses the characteristics of high water content of traditional Chinese medicine waste residue and easy to form pores, and designs the integrated structure of carbonization furnace and activation furnace to simplify the preparation of activated carbon from traditional Chinese medicine waste residue. The reaction rate can be accelerated by increasing the contact area between the rake and the annular steam pipe. At the same time, the connecting rod structure is applied to the material pushing to realize the simultaneous pushing and heating, which solves the influence of frequent state switching and has certain advantages. Increase the heating area and improve efficiency.
